Official Rules

Sponsor and Participating Organizations

This raffle is conducted by Friendship Circle of Arizona in conjunction with participating Chabad centers and affiliated Chabad organizations.

Unless otherwise stated, all raffle administration, drawing procedures, prize fulfillment, and official communications are managed by Friendship Circle of Arizona.

Eligibility

All participants must be 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited by law.

Drawing

The raffle drawing will take place on July 30, 2026. The decision of Friendship Circle shall be final on all matters concerning the raffle.

Prizes and Taxes

Winners will assume and be responsible for any licensing, registration, and other fees, and any local, state and federal taxes, including without limitation any applicable sales, use, luxury, income and special taxes.

Participant Release

By entering this raffle, participant, and participant's parent or legal guardian when applicable, waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages, attorneys' fees, or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket costs incurred to enter.

Promotional Use

By entering the raffle, the participant agrees that his or her name and image may be used for promotional purposes.
